Pendle ski clubs’ very own David Corr has won the slalom gold medal for Great Britain at the World Special Olympic Games at Schladming, Austria!
Following on from a strong 4th place in the Giant Slalom on Tuesday, David beat his nearest rival by nearly 6 seconds over the 2 timed runs in the slalom this morning.
Huge congratulations from everybody at Pendle ski club and we look forward to seeing you back at the club with the bling!
Congratulations also go to David’s teammate from Rossendale Special Ski club, Becky Owen on taking a bronze medal!
