David Ryding
Pendle ski club is proud of the achievments of many of its skiiers. No more than David Ryding. David is nationally acknowledged as a talented, hard working, and committed athlete.
Last year David was selected for the Great Britain Europa Cup Alpine Ski Team and had a very successful first year culminating in a fantastic win at the British Land Championships beating the seven time champion, Alain Baxter, into second place.
Asked about his plans for the future, David still has his childhood dream of being at the Vancouver Olympics firmly at the front of his mind. For all youngsters interested in skiing – take a look at Davids achievements over the last 5 years.
